Acceptance of terms and conditions

By using this site the user agrees to accept and abide by the Terms and Conditions set forth in this agreement. These Terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Australian State of NSW. The products offered for sale on this site are only available to individuals capable of entering into legally binding contracts. Any order placed by you via this site constitutes an offer by you to Imaage Pty Ltd to purchase a product or service for the price (Including delivery and other applicable charges) specified in this website at the time you place your order. No binding contract shall be formed unless Imaage Pty Ltd communicates to you that it has accepted your order and payment has been confirmed. Imaage Pty Ltd retains title to the goods you order until payment is received in full for those products. Imaage Pty Ltd may revise or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time and post such revisions on this page.

Uploaded images

By using this site you agree to indemnify Imaage Pty. Ltd. of any responsibility relating to the legal ownership or copyright of any image/s or artwork/s that are uploaded by you to this website. You agree not to transmit images or artworks that are deemed to be obscene, illegal, defamatory or pornographic.

By using this site you acknowledge that the quality of the finished product supplied by Imaage will reflect the quality of the supplied image or artwork. Images or artwork that are supplied out-of-focus, under exposed or over exposed etc will be printed as such. No refund or reprint will be offered where the instance of the supplied image or artwork is of poor quality.


Stretched canvas with a “wrapped” edge will have certain parts of the image appear on the side of the frame. By using this site you acknowledge that you have read and understood the difference between a “wrapped” and a “white edge” framed canvas.


Within Australia –
Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the products ordered, and your location based on Australia Post pricing. Please refer to the “Calculate Freight” button for each product, or our freight calculator in the “Shopping Cart” section of this website for pricing and delivery timeframes. In general please allow 7 working days for delivery of goods. However, busy periods, delivery to remote areas and external factors beyond our control may affect the delivery timeframe.

Internationally –
For international deliveries please refer to our freight calculator in the “Shopping Cart” section of this website for pricing and delivery timeframe information. In general please allow 10 working days for international deliveries. Whilst all efforts are made to ensure a timely delivery in accordance with our freight calculator, delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Busy periods, delivery to remote areas and external factors beyond our control may affect the delivery timeframe.

PLEASE NOTE: International freight is sent via regular Australia Post Air Mail. This is not a trackable service and Imaage Pty. Ltd. does not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. Please contact us if you wish to organise trackable/insured freight for your order.

Customer Service Policy

If due to unforseen circumstances Imaage Pty Ltd is unable to supply the ordered goods, a representative of Imaage Pty Ltd will notify the customer within two working days from the date of order. The customer will be given the option of a full refund or offered a credit to the full purchase amount towards another product within the Imaage range.


If there is an issue with your order, please contact Imaage customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods. Where a refund or credit has been approved, you will be issued with a Return authority. Please complete the return authority and return it with the goods in question. Return postage cannot be refunded unless the return is due to a fault in the manufacturing process or the original goods were damaged in transit. In the event where a refund is requested and approved please allow up to 7 days for funds to be credited back to your credit card or credited to your Imaage account (depending on your preference).
Refunds are at the sole discretion of Imaage P/L. Refunds or credit cannot be offered in the following circumstances;
a) Where the goods are returned to Imaage without an authorised return authority.
b) Where the goods are not returned to Imaage.
c) Where Poor quality or low resolution images are supplied by the customer – No refund or reprint will be offered in the instance where the image/s supplied by the customer are of poor quality. Low resolution, out of focus, under exposed or over exposed images can only be printed as supplied.
d) Artwork proofs not checked thoroughly by the customer – Where an artwork proof is provided, it is the customers responsibility to carefully check the supplied artwork proofs, including but not limited to Layout, spelling and Grammar. Imaaage will not be held responsible if artwork errors are found after an order has been produced based on customer approved artwork.
d) Customer spelling mistakes – Due to the automated nature of our production systems, Imaage does not proof read your order. All orders will be produced as per the artwork supplied, it is the customers responsibility to check for errors in spelling.

Damaged goods

In the event that goods are damaged in transit a remake of the original item purchased will be offered upon the return of the damaged goods to our factory for verification. You must contact Imaage P/L within 48 hours of receiving the delivery to arrange a return authorisation. Cost of return freight to our warehouse cannot be reimbursed.

Limitation of liability

The liability of Imaage Pty. Ltd. to the customer in connection with goods or services supplied pursuant to any of the non-excludable rights defined by law, any express warranty or otherwise, shall to the full extent allowed by law be limited to our options at our discretion:
(a) in the case of service, to supplying the services again, and:
(b) in the case of goods, to the replacement of the goods, the supply of equivalent goods, or the refund of the goods in accordance with our refund policy.

Imaage Pty. Ltd. shall not be liable to the customer for loss of profits or contracts or loss of use for any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever arising from negligence of the company, its servants or agents breach of contract or of statutory duty or otherwise howsoever.

Pricing & Currency

Advertised prices for products and services are displayed in Australian dollars ($AUD). Prices are current at the time they are published. All transactions are process in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
