Christmas 2021 – Order before 16/12/2021 via Express
Christmas 2021 order cut offs for Online orders: Once an order leaves our premises we cannot guarantee delivery by Australia Post prior to Christmas 2021. Australia Post are currently experiencing large volumes of freight and delivery is taking longer than expected. If you are located in a city on the East Coast of Australia we recommend placing your orders prior to the 16/12/21 and selecting Express post. If you are located on the West Coast, Tasmania, Northern territory, South Australia or isolated areas of regional Australia, we recommend placing your order prior to 13th December and selecting Express Post.

Within Australia
Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the products ordered. Please refer to the “Calculate Shipping” button for each product, or our freight calculator in the “Shopping Cart” section of this website for pricing. In general please allow 7 working days for delivery of goods, for faster turnaround please select the Express freight option. Busy periods, delivery to remote areas and external factors beyond our control may affect the delivery timeframe.

Internationally
We are currently not offering international shipping at this time. Please check back later.

Damaged goods
In the event that goods are damaged in transit a remake of the original item purchased will be offered upon the return of the damaged goods to our factory for verification. You must contact Imaage P/L within 48 hours of receiving the delivery to arrange a return authorisation. Cost of return freight to our warehouse cannot be reimbursed.
